Well, this is a hell of a question to ask! How can I choose 'one' fave? I've voted for season 4, simply because it was just one in a list of outstanding season, but 4 has my all-time fave ep, Window Of Opportunity. But seasons 3, 7 and 8 are so close it's unbelievable. And season 9 is really growing on me as well.
